At Tuinborstel.be it is of course possible to exchange or return your order (provided that your ordered product does not fall under a legal exception). This can be done within 14 days of receiving your complete order. Please first send an email to grogline@gmail.com if you want to exchange or return, so that we are already informed.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. You have 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including any shipping costs. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Tuinborstel.be with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at grogline@gmail.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. You must enclose a fully completed cancellation form, which you will receive from us by email at the time of requesting a return. 

Conditions 

Conditions for returning goods:

 -All items must be unused and undamaged;

 -All items must be in the original packaging;

- All items must be returned safely (including product stickers and manuals) to avoid damage in transit.

- If you wish to return items that you ordered incorrectly, you will have to bear the costs of return. You will only receive a shipping ticket from us if the product is defective.
